The resorts all have in-house dining on the beaches, around the pool, and inside the resort.  These restaurants have Seafood, Khmer cuisine, Asian dishes, and a host of Western items on their menus.

Treasure Island Seafood is located on it's own beach near Hawaii beach.  They specialize in Hong Kong style seafood's and meats.  An ideal sunset over Snake Island.

Luna D'Autunno Italian is just outside of downtown. Specializes in Italian wines, pizza's cooked in a wood fired pizza oven, and pasta.  Air-conditioned downstairs, and open balcony upstairs.

Holy Cow, located across the street from Luna D'Autunno, has a selection of salads, sandwiches and pastas, in a restored Khmer house.

Chner Molop Chrey is a seafood restaurant on Victory Beach. Sit centimeters from the surf.

The Small Hotel downtown and it's sister The Small Green Guesthouse, are favorite Swedish restaurants.

Ku Kai and Happa restaurants near Serendipity Beach serve Japanese meals, and Chi Khmer has traditional Khmer food, with occasional Traditional Khmer dancers.  These 3 restaurants are located in the same building (and outdoors)

You can try cooking (and eating) your own Khmer (Cambodian) food at the Traditional Khmer Cookery School, downtown across from the Vietnamese Consulate.

Sokha Beach is reserved for their guests, and if you're dining there, you'd be a guest also. The poolside and beach buffets are regular favorites.

Beach Places Most all the beaches around town are filled with beach bars and restaurants.  The Cambodian owned places offer traditional meals with rice and fish.  Many places now have complete seafood selections, foods of the world, and B.B.Q's.   Victory beach and Treasure Island beach, have world class seafood restaurants on the water.

Traditional Khmer Grilled pressed squid, Cambodian curry, chicken, beef, pork, and lots of fish, tropical fruits, and vegetables, and meat soups, and don't forget your rice.


Bars & Discos On the beaches, islands, rooftops, downtown, uptown, inside, outside, street side, you can't walk one minute without finding something to quench your thirst.  A number of bars and discos are now open all night, for your partying pleasure

On "The Hill" Sometimes called Victory Hill, Weather Station Hill, or Backpacker Hill.  More restaurants and bars here than anywhere else in Sihanoukville.  All the menus are in English (and a few other languages), and all within a minute's walk.


Downtown French, German, Swedish, Chinese and a few others are all within a few minute's walk downtown.  Several local roadside stands sell traditional Khmer food as well.
